TWITTER !

I was ment to discover a new social media tool which i havent been using before. I didnt want to sign in to it, since im not going to need it at the moment. Maybe later on in the future i will sign up for it. Twitter is one of the tools in social media. It is apparently very easy to use and according to wikipedia there is over 340million tweets daily, which is LOT! You can also post photos in Twitter just like in facebok but the different to facebook is that you can only use 140 characters when you are tweeting a post. It is one of the ten most visited websited in the world at the moment and it is described as a "SMS of the Internet". For the travel companies or whatever companies twitter is a good tool to reach people. As all the social media, twitter is free. So whatever you post from your company´s twitter site reaches thousands or even millions of people depending how many followers your twitter site has ! So its cheap and fast to reach your customers ! To give an example; if you want to make an offer for the weekend in the hotel for example 2 nights in the the price of one. You just make a tweet where you tell the information and then it reaches the people in seconds. How handy is that !

Offline booking is administrational tool method for recording and tracking all reservations made within a company or travel agent.

 

 

 

 

 

In the history you can see what changes have been made, and who made the changes. It is very useful tool if there is any problems, you can straight away contact the person who made the changes and get more information about the changes.

Now you can see above that the reservation is cancelled.
Negotiated rates are administrated by travel agents, but corporate travel managers have the authority to view, change and delete existing settings within the user scope.

TripAdvisor is a new thing for me. It looks very interesting and quite simple to use. Cant wait to plan my next trip to Morocco ! TRAVIUS !

Travius programme in use.Travius program really doesnt work. It is VERY annoying to try to work with it when I cant really use it. It doenst logg in !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is no point to practise using it if it doensnt work even if it would be an useful tool but if it doesnt work for everyone !!!

I think Travius is very clever system and helps company to keep simple and organized. It is easy to make packages for tourists and count the prices of the packages. It makes it easier for the company to stay in track what is happening with different customers and you can modify special trips for each customer, that they are satisfied for the services. It also sends offers and confirmations for the other supplier companies and customers so as i said before it is easier to follow what is going on.
